My name is Retrone Woods and I am a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer(CF-L1) and owner of RW Functional Fitness, LLC. My online personal training programs are designed based on your individual profile (e.g. age, exercise history, fitness level, available equipment, schedule, availability, medical history, fitness goals, etc.) and provide you with the variety (a new weekly workout schedule delivered to your trainerize app every week), support (links to extensive online exercise libraries to ensure you are performing the exercises correctly), motivation and accountability (email consultations and a weekly accountability system where you report your weekly progress to your trainer to be evaluated and assist in the creation of upcoming workouts).
